Quick by  rendering services   within a stipulated time
by specifying  the dead line within the which a particular service can  be expected to be delivered.

Helpful by being courteous and forthcoming
by providing information and services through a facilitation center.
by providing information regarding procedures and legal remedies.
by educating public on their  rights, entitlement and duties.

Efficient by providing services promptly and correctly
by acknowledging communication from people on the spot or within seven days and replying within thirty days
by redressing of all complaints and grievances within thirty days

Responsive by prompt action for solving the problems faced by the public.
by reviewing the charter in every six months for inclusion or omission  of services on the basis of  discussion and interaction with the public.

Transparent by providing information on demand wherever  applicable
by providing information regarding services in  form of leaflets and handouts  at facilitation counters or notices prominently displayed at the notice board

We expect the people to give their support and suggestions in our services to the people.
